I did some research on the internet to see what alternatives I had besides the FTC's do not call registry report and found this very useful link to report scams.

Also, since in the case of 4ULIFE they are claiming to be collecting a "tax" on behalf of the state and using Fedex to send packages. I am thinking this could be reported to the Postal Inspectors as well, but I am going to call tomorrow and find out. If you are a victim of fraud, that involved postal services in any shape or form, be sure to contact the USPS Inspector in your area.
